Read on for the highlights of the sale. 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III Roadster This very special E-Type Series III Roadster and star of legendary BBC sitcom Only Fools & Horses sold for more than £40,000 over its lower estimate. Sold for (£):115,875 1959 Jaguar XK150 3.4 S Drophead Coupe This beautiful Jaguar convertible in a stunning colour combination also sold for more than £40,000 over its lower estimate. Sold for (£): 189,000 1988 Porsche 911 (930) Turbo One of the finest Silverstone Auctions’ had ever seen, this 911 Turbo sold for a huge £60,000 over its lower estimate. Sold for (£) 171,000 1963 Porsche 356B TG Super 90 This original UK Porsche 356B TG Super 90 was the only right-hand drive Super 90 Coupé on the market in the UK at the time of consignment, finished in Slate Grey with a red leatherette interior. Sold for (£): 146,250 1971 Porsche 911 T Continuing the popularity of Porsches at the sale, a very well presented and well maintained 911 T caused a stir in the auction room with an extended bidding war. Sold for (£): 69,750 2011 Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 Porsche fans also competed over this GT3 RS 4.0, not only one of the last of the Mezger engined Porsches, but also the only limited edition where each car is numbered. Sold for (£): 208,125 1968 Shelby GT500 Collectors of American classics were drawn to an incredible 1968 Shelby GT500, which sold for more than £42,000 over its lower estimate. Sold for (£): 142,875 1995 Mercedes-Benz SL60 AMG This very rare, one of just 49 right-hand drive cars produced, sold with a mileage of just 13,500 miles.
