Porsche-only auction at Silverstone Circuit on 25th October, held in conjunction with Porsche Club GB.

SILVERSTONE AUCTIONS
Dear Classic Car Enthusiast
It is with great pleasure that we announce our first-ever Porsche-only auction at Silverstone Circuit on 25th October, held in conjunction with Porsche Club GB.

The one-day sale, dedicated to the Porsche marque, is open for entries and we are inviting quality consignments to join the inaugural Porsche Sale.

Focusing on high-end classic and modern Porsches, Silverstone Auctions is delighted to offer you the chance to be a part of this truly fantastic sale.

We look forward to hearing from you, but for now, read on for some of the best prices raised for some truly exceptional Porsches in our sales so far this year.
1989 Porsche 911 930 Turbo LE – £159,750 – The Silverstone Classic Sale

The 930 Turbo was in production for 14 years and Porsche created 50 Limited Edition (LE) versions to celebrate its life – these 50 examples are arguably the most collectable variants of the iconic car.

We sold this 30,000 mile right-hand drive example in gleaming Grand Prix White at our Silverstone Classic Sale earlier this year - the car achieved a total sales value of just under £20,000 over its upper estimate.

Porsche 964 RS
2010 Porsche 911 997 GT2 RS - £315,000 – The Salon PrivĂ© Sale

Introduced in May 2010 – the 997 GT2 RS was one of the marque’s most powerful turbo engines at the time and is paired with a manual gearbox.

The rather special 3.6-litre engine with twin variable-geometry water-cooled turbochargers, produces 620 bhp and has a maximum speed of over 205 mph.

We sold this superb C16 GT2 RS at our Salon Privé Sale earlier this month. The striking one of 16 UK-supplied car is a stunning addition to any collection.

Cooper Monaco
1973 Porsche 911 2.7RS Replica - £101,250 – The Silverstone Classic Sale

An original version of the 2.7RS may be out of reach to many, but this exacting replica sold at The Silverstone Classic Sale caused a flurry of interest – it’s not hard to see why.

Using a 1973 911E Coupe, the previous owner remained faithful to the original and this replica was sold with; lightweight panels, ducktail spoiler, RS front and rear bumpers, ‘lightweight’ RS interior, RS door panels and period Fuchs wheels – amongst a long list of other upgrades.

The car sold for £11,250 over its upper estimate.

Ferrari F430
1975 Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 MFI Coupe - £146,250 – The May Sale

This one owner from new original UK-supplied right-hand drive example was sold in our May Sale with just over 55,000 recorded miles from new.

The car came complete with an extensive history file, including its original wallet, service manuals and ownership paraphernalia – including letters between the first owner and the supplying dealer in 1975.

This provenance is one of the catalysts for the car’s total sales value, which was £36,250 over the upper estimate.
